The board kindly asks that every household create a profile & register their residence.

Annual Dues ($120) are due by April 30th.

After April 30th a $5.00 Late Fee will be added.

As residents of Crown Springs, most of us are concerned for the care and upkeep for our neighborhood. We all need to be proactive when we notice things not up to code according to our covenants. Some ways we all can help is to pick up trash that may be in our yards and/or street and maintain our lawns. In extreme situations or after all else has failed, please contact Henry County Code Enforcement at (770) 288-6200 to file a complaint..

If you notice any street lights that need to be replaced, please call Snapping Shoals EMC at (770) 786-3484 for a request.

Before making any changes to your property, please refer to Page 3, Section 2 of the Crown Springs covenants.
